Receiving Shipping Instruction from CustomerEnsure selling rate & buying rate were communicatedQuote for any local handling charges to local CustomerCoordinate with Consolidation team & Air Product teamObtain necessary information from Customer regarding their shipmentCoordinate with Consolidation team regarding progress of each daily shipmentCreate documentation in Cargowise 1Sending Pre alert to Overseas via email or Cargowise 1Coordinate with Customs Clearance for any document related to Customs such as PEBEnsure appropriate and timely communication is provided to the Customers and Overseas offices regarding discrepancies, changes, or any issues that may directly affect the shipment and operations JOB REQUIREMENTS
