  Customer Service Advisor Responsibilities: 
 Provide excellent customer service to UK and international customers
 Act as a liaison between customers and internal departments to ensure a seamless customer experience
 Address customer concerns and find effective solutions, logging complaints accordingly
 Process quotations and purchase orders
 Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
 Liaise with hauliers and logistics teams to arrange and query deliveries
