This is a full-time, office-based position, and applicants must be able to commute to Barton-upon-Humber daily.

Customer Service Advisor
£27,308 per annum + £500 quarterly bonus
Barton-upon-Humber - Full Time Office Based
Monday to Friday, 8:55am to 5:30pm - 40 hours per week

An exciting opportunity is available for a Customer Service Advisor to join a busy and supportive office team in Barton-upon-Humber. 

Working within their Call Centre, the Customer Service Advisor will manage a variety of customer enquiries, update customer accounts, and resolve issues while maintaining clear and friendly communication. This is a purely customer service focused position with no sales or cold calling.

The Customer Service Advisor will also work closely with internal teams and showrooms to ensure customers receive the best possible support.
