Customer Service Advisor - 6 Months Fixed Term Contract

• Contract: 6 month FTC - 37.5 Hours per Week
• Salary: Circa £24,700
• Location: DPD Guildford - Prime 24, Lyon Way GU16 7EX
• Days of Work: Monday to Friday, with occasional Saturdays (1 out of 4 Saturdays)
• Hours of Work: 08:30 - 17:00

Job Description

Our Site Manager is looking to recruit an experienced and reliable Customer Services Advisor to strengthen our dedicated and friendly customer services team who put our customers at the heart of everything they do.

In this role you will help both internal and external customers with the collection or delivery of their parcels. You will work closely with our Drivers, Shift Managers and Operations Managers to identify issues, proactively problem-solve, and take accountability and ownership for resolving these issues.
