🕘 Monday - Friday | 9:00am - 5:00pm
What you'll be doing:
* Providing excellent customer service via phone, email and written correspondence.
* Handling customer enquiries and resolving issues efficiently and professionally.
* Liaising with internal departments and third parties and provide updates.
* Processing administrative tasks and maintaining accurate customer records.
