OVERVIEW
We are seeking an experienced Customer Segments Manager to support the development and execution of customer-centric growth strategies within the Personal Banking portfolio. This role focuses on accelerating acquisition and engagement within a priority segment—Newcomers to Canada —through affiliate referral models, sponsorships, and large-scale community events.
The successful candidate will partner closely with cross-functional stakeholders across Marketing, Analytics, Sales, Legal, Compliance, and Branch teams, as well as external community organizations and influencers. This is an ideal opportunity for a strategic, execution-oriented professional with strong experience in customer segmentation, partnerships, and event-driven growth initiatives within banking or customer-focused industries.
