Key responsibilities

• Respond to inbound inquiries via phone, chat, email, or social media
• Conduct outbound calls to follow up on leads and marketing campaigns
• Explain platform features, AI tools, and service packages clearly
• Qualify prospects (buyers, investors, contractors)
• Close sales and achieve assigned revenue targets
• Maintain accurate records in CRM
• Upsell or cross-sell additional services when appropriate
• Provide feedback to marketing and product teams based on customer insights
• Support product platform and promotional campaigns
