Job Description

Key Responsibilities • Contact prospective customers through assigned leads (inbound / outbound calling) and explain insurance products clearly • Understand customer requirements and recommend the most suitable Health, Motor, or Life Insurance plans • Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets as set by the team leader • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, follow-ups, and policy conversions in the CRM system • Handle customer objections effectively and build trust through product knowledge and honest communication • Coordinate with the operations team to ensure smooth policy issuance and documentation • Follow up with prospects who have shown interest but have not yet converted • Stay updated on RGL's insurance product portfolio, pricing, and competitor offerings • Attend daily team briefings, training sessions, and performance review meetings Products You Will Sell • Health Insurance – Individual health plans, family floater plans, top-up policies – Mediclaim, cr...
