We're hiring: Customer Relationship Management Specialist – ShopSmart (Retail SaaS)

What you’ll do

• Engage with customers regularly, present progress, and suggest new ideas to boost sales & retention.
• Manage accounts, follow up on payments, and provide online support when needed.
• Collaborate with teams to enhance customer experience.

What we’re looking for

• 1 - 2 years of CRM experience (SaaS/retail preferred) - Fresh graduates may also apply.
• Strong understanding of SaaS concepts & platforms.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Bonus: Familiarity with Figma, Shopify, CRM tools, PHP and design/front‑end tools.
