Enhance customer satisfaction as a Customer Relations Representative at PGW. This role involves addressing customer inquiries over phone and email regarding quotes for products and services.
As part of the PGW customer service team, you will engage with customers to provide information on glass installation options and ensure excellent service. Responsibilities also include data entry, managing cancellations, and efficiently generating sales from online leads. Availability for Saturday shifts may be required.
