Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in the Karachi Division for a Customer Relations Officer. The role includes handling customer queries, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining strong client relations. The Customer Relations Officer will coordinate with customers to resolve issues, provide support, gather and analyze customer feedback, and work towards enhancing customer loyalty and trust.
