Customer Quality Engineer: RCA, 8D & Continuous Improvement

Wanderman Plt in Pulau Pinang is seeking a Full Time Engineer (Customer Quality) to act as the main contact for customer quality issues, manage complaints, NCRs and 8D reports, and perform root cause analysis.

You will coordinate corrective and preventive actions with internal teams and track quality data (PPM, defect rate) while supporting audits, continuous improvement and customer visits.
