As Quality Engineer Customer Care you will have an excellent opportunity to provide attention to customers mainly to respond to quality problems, coordinates the implementation of containment activities in and out of the plant, and coordinates the multidisciplinary team during the problem resolution methodology.
Responsibilities
- Respond to customers regarding reported quality complaints.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers for specific requirements.
- Coordinate a multidisciplinary team for the resolution of quality issues using established methodologies such as 8D, Ishikawa Diagrams, and DDW.
- Monitor the status of customer‑reported concerns until closure is ensured.
- Continuously verify customer systems to ensure that responses have been provided for all reported issues.
