**DEFINITION**
The Customer Project Planner is responsible for planning and schedule production and material requirements to safeguard product is being manufactured in accordance with the customers’ requirements and expectations. This position is also responsible for managing on time delivery and recovery for delinquent orders as well as inventory turns. The responsibilities include ensuring safety, production, materials management, on time performance, customer service, quality, housekeeping, integrity, attainment of budgeted goals, and adherence to company policies. This position requires you to coordinate and manage multiple projects simultaneously and to envision and relate the effects of changes in one area or system to multiple other operating systems.
