Customer Project Engineer

What do you get to do in this position:

• Organize and plan low complexity projects
• Manage budget, project schedule, risk & opportunities and Variation Orders & Claims
• Responsible for Customer Satisfaction and Project margin deviation during execution
• Execute projects in full compliance with ETO CPP Process and ETO Toolbox in coordination with the Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Project Engineering department and Project Buyer
• Review technical specification and take decisions on technical comments raised by the customer
• Monitor and control projects progress to ensure the on-time delivery of the projects. Use the tracking board tool and escalate any risks of delay during SIM meetings
• Maintain a positive relationship with the customer and communicate regularly (correspondence, emails, call, meeting)
