Abbott Rapid Dx North America, LLC’s Orlando and Abbott Rapid Dx International Limited’s Galway sites are part of Global Business Services (GBS) within the Abbott Rapid Diagnostics (ARDx) Division. The GBS group designs and develops software products for ARDx businesses.

The Customer Service Associate I (ADPI) is responsible for processing inbound purchase orders via fax, email, Esker, EDI, Salesforce CRM and customer portals, ensuring data accuracy and adherence to SLAs.
