Customer Operations & Services Leader

Xerox Corporation in Mexico City is seeking an experienced operations leader responsible for all aspects of a managed services contract, ensuring SLA/KPI targets are met and client governance is strong.

You will manage the Customer P&L, coordinate vendor and field teams, guide continuous improvement, and maintain close client relationships with advisory support on install base, orders, change management and inventory.
