What You’ll Do
- Utilizing the CRM system to cleanse accounts and manage work lists effectively.
- Updating customer contact information and raising requests for site visits.
- Communicating with customers and third‑party agencies via email and telephone.
- Collaborating closely with the Metering team to enhance overall customer service.
