Customer IT Support Representative

We are looking for Customer IT Support Representative for call centre environment.

• Assist user with IT enquires via email or phone
• Provide interim reply (by phone call/email)
• Able to draft professional email respond back to user
• Familiar with smart TV operation and handphone application (download application/ install/ uninstall)
• Familiar with internet surfing on the PC
• Basic knowledge of PC & software troubleshooting

• Possess basic IT knowledge/ smartphone application knowledge
• Best to have contact centre experience
• Customer Service Skills
• Ability to multitask and handle difficult customers
