Job Description
Become an Implementation Coordinator at Mappedin, where you'll enhance indoor navigation experiences. This role focuses on digitizing complex floorplans into user-friendly maps.
You will be an integral part of the Customer Implementation Team, closely working with the Director and Project Delivery Managers. Your responsibilities will include interpreting and digitizing floorplans, assisting with product integrations, and overseeing quality assurance processes. You will also manage ongoing client implementations and support projects tailored to enterprise needs.
Key Responsibilities:
• Interpret various indoor venue architectural plans
• Assist with map digitization and create user-friendly designs
• Oversee the quality of work completed by the mapping team
• Ensure timely delivery of client project implementations
• Support travel needs for on-site project work
