Customer Facing Incentives Enabler Lead - GTMC | Location: Bogotá, Colombia

This role is part of the Go to market Capabilities (GTMC) team and leads the deployment, adoption, and evolution of Incentive Compensation (IC) processes across markets and MCOs. The role works with the BPO, Digital teams, and MCO leads to ensure a unified global policy, a single digital platform (CREST), and a strong change management approach.
