Elevate customer interactions as a Customer Experience Shift Lead at the Recreation Centre. This flexible position focuses on leadership, exceptional service, and team mentoring.
As a Shift Lead, you will offer outstanding customer service, assisting internal and external guests while managing the daily operations of the Customer Service Desk. You will register memberships and process payments, mentor team members, and uphold facility standards. Ensure the safety of all visitors, leading in emergencies and maintaining operational excellence.
