We are currently looking for a Customer Complaints Specialist to join our facility in Asturias, Spain. This role manages the end‑to‑end handling of customer complaints across phone, email, and internal tools, ensuring timely resolution, identifying root causes, and driving continuous improvement to enhance customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full lifecycle of customer complaints: acknowledgement, investigation, resolution, and response within defined timelines.
