Job Purpose:
Own and manage customer-facing technical content, product release communications, and
partner enablement materials. This role focuses on creating accurate, user-friendly documentation, maintaining the Platform Support Center (PSC), managing product release communications, and producing BetterUp‘s monthly partner newsletter while collaborating with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced SaaS environment.
Who You Are:
- 6+ years of experience in Technical Writing, Product Documentation, Content Operations, or Customer Communications within a B2B SaaS environment.
- Strong ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, customer-friendly documentation.
- Experience creating and maintaining knowledge base articles, product documentation, release notes, and user guides.
