Job Description
Shift: Varies between 8am to 4pm or 9am to 5pm
This is a remote opportunity, with occasional visits to our Brampton office a few times per month.
The Customer Care Representative plays a critical role on the front line and is responsible for activities such as receiving and entering customer orders, answering phone calls, tracing shipments and responding to inquiries in a prompt and courteous manner. The CCR works closely with all customers, ensuring timely updates of any delays are communicated effectively and professionally in order to achieve customer requirements. The CCR also works closely with the operations teams and other support teams to ensure effective communication.This is a part-time opportunity with full-time hours for a period of time.
