Job Description
Customer Care Coordinator
Location: Milton Keynes (Office 2 days a week and Home-based 3 days a week)
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 am – 4:30 pm
Salary: Up to £35,000, dependent on experience
Holiday: 25 days' holiday plus Bank Holiday
About the Role
This drylining contractor operates across care homes, commercial projects and residential developments throughout the region. The business has long‑standing staff, a genuinely lovely working environment and a supportive team. You’ll be guided by an experienced Contracts Manager and welcomed into a stable, friendly office. This is a varied, fast‑paced role that plays a key part in ensuring defects, remedial works and patching programmes are managed efficiently while maintaining excellent relationships with clients, site teams and homeowners. Hybrid working is available once established in the role.
