Responsibilities and Duties

• This position provides excellent customer service and supports multiple groups.
• He/She ensures the timely and accurate completion of projects and requests.
• This position documents incoming information regarding the customer's concern and investigates all evidence until the case is completed.
• He/She performs other tasks as requested.
