Job Description
Become an essential part of the Bluewater District School Board as a part-time Custodian. This role involves maintaining cleanliness and readiness in school facilities on afternoon shifts.
As a permanent part-time Custodian working 14 hours weekly, your shift will begin at 3:30 p.m. You’ll follow all necessary custodial practices, ensuring a safe and supportive environment. Responsibilities include managing equipment deliveries, conducting minor repairs, and collaborating with community partners to facilitate their events smoothly.
Key Responsibilities:
• Abide by Board policies and custodial practices
• Report necessary repairs to the Head Custodian
• Conduct minor maintenance on custodial equipment
• Source and manage stock materials efficiently
• Assist in community education events as needed

• Must hold a secondary school diploma or equivalent
