Temporary Custodian – Gidgalang Ḵuuyas Naay Secondary School
Start Date: Effective as soon as possible to the full return of the incumbent or no later than June 30, 2027.
Salary: $29.56 per hour, plus a shift premium of $1.00 when applicable.
Hours of Work: Forty (40) hours per week.
The Custodian is responsible for the cleanliness, security, and energy conservation of the building assigned in the Daajing Giids – Skidegate area. The custodian receives direction from the Working Foreman and is required from time to time to carry out requests from the school staff.
Qualifications
- Grade 12 level of education is required.
- Previous training and/or experience in janitorial procedures would be an asset or the willingness to learn and maintain safe and proper cleaning techniques.
