Job Description

We are recruiting a Curriculum Manager on a permanent, full time basis to join our Construction and Engineering Faculty based at Bracknell and Wokingham college.
About the role
The successful candidate will provide strong leadership in curriculum development and design, creating an engaging learning environment aligned with our Learning philosophy.
Key responsibilities include:
Leading the implementation and continuous enhancement of the curriculum, ensuring alignment with our Learning Philosophy and the learner journey.
Delivering and reporting on quality performance targets and student/apprentice outcomes.
Managing all aspects of curriculum delivery, including recruitment, enrolment, retention, achievement, and overall success.
