Responsibilities

• Review and advise on proposed curriculum to ensure correct concepts are included
• Develop lessons, demonstrations, and hands‑on exercises including kit‑based virtual labs
• Iterate on curriculum based on feedback from employer SMEs to align with industry standards (OSHA 10, GD&T, IPC J-STD-001)
• Collaborate with other curriculum developers and perform peer reviews
• Review lessons and QA exercises, documenting changes in QA Documentation
• Participate in weekly and ad‑hoc meetings to ensure project timelines are met
