- Assist in facilitating class discussions and breakout sessions.

- Support the management of class participation and engagement.

- Provide grading and feedback on some of the written assignments, team projects, and case presentations.

- Help prepare course materials and organize sessions.

- Monitor and manage student progress and address any issues related to coursework.

- Assist with administrative tasks related to course delivery.

The Teaching Assistant (TA) will assist the professor in delivering MBA 5235 to a class of 60 students. The TA will support the course by co-facilitating classroom discussions, managing participation, and assisting in breakout sessions. The TA will also help grade some of the class assignments and provide feedback to students.
