Job Description
UPMC's Western Behavioral Health's Community Treatment Team (CTT) provides intense outpatient mental health treatment services to consumers with serious and persistent mental illnesses who have not previously found success in traditional outpatient mental health services.
Our clinicians provide community-based, evidence-driven care for individuals with severe mental illness, offering support through assessments, crisis response, and outpatient coordination. This hire for this role must be willing to work independently in a community based setting. This role is dynamic and rewarding, with opportunities for growth, teamwork, and professional development. As the first licensed ACT team in PA, our program is recognized as 'Exemplary' in annual reviews.
