Responsible for assigned commodity management, establish the commodity strategy and act it. Contribution to the product leadership and cost leadership through sourcing activities. Maintain and develop strategic relationship with suppliers and build sustainable & effective partnerships. Reduce the number of issues by a proactive and analytical root cause analysis and definition of an action plan. Play an active role in interaction between local purchasing team and other parts of the organization (in CTS, in the Distribution Centre, in product company) Evaluate, preserve, develop existing supplier by means of AC management tools, introduce competitive new suppliers to improve supply base competence.
