We are looking for a CSP to join our team at the central offices in Barcelona. It's a great opportunity to manage the growth of our brands in the Home Care category.
Responsibilities
Collaborate with the Spain CSP HC Lead to define the short, medium, and long-term strategy for the company’s brands within the assigned category, focusing on the point of sale.
Adapt the generic category strategic plan for each channel and identify key needs for Hypermarkets, Supermarkets, and Discounter channel.
Activate the strategy through key trade marketing levers: assortment, promotion, and in-store activation.
Set, analyze, and post‑evaluate KPIs to measure and assess the results of the defined strategy and activation plans.
