Aecon is seeking Crushing Plant Personnel to operate mobile rock crushers across Alberta for the 2026 Road Construction Season. This position emphasizes safe operation and adherence to quality standards.
As a Mobile Rock Crusher Personnel, you'll play a key role in the Highways division, responsible for setup, operation, and maintenance of crushing plants. You will work closely with a dedicated team to meet production goals while ensuring strict compliance with safety and environmental guidelines. Travel throughout Alberta is a significant part of this role.
Key Responsibilities:
• Setup and monitor mobile crushing equipment effectively
• Maintain consistent material flow by coordinating with operators
• Adjust equipment settings for target specifications
• Conduct production tracking and reporting
