Cruise Ship Baker Tournant: Bread Production & USPH

Celebrity Cruises seeks an experienced Baker to manage daily bakery operations aboard our ships. You will oversee production, quality, and presentation of bread for daily menus and assist in forecasting while recording leftovers to control costs.

You will ensure USPH compliance, support display setups in buffets, and coordinate with the Executive Chef on inspections and daily consumptions. Shipboard teamwork and adherence to schedules are essential.
