Cross-Border Merchant Success Manager

Alibaba is seeking an account manager to onboard and manage a portfolio of Mexican merchants, ensuring they are active, equipped and supported from day one. You will drive monthly product launches, guide merchants through listing creation, quality checks and compliance, and monitor platform performance to protect seller reputation and buyer satisfaction.

Fluency in English and Spanish is required, as you will work daily with US and MX suppliers and Alibaba's global teams.
