Role Overview
Reporting to the Senior Manager, Lifecycle Marketing, you will execute customer marketing campaigns across email, SMS, push notifications, in‑app messaging, and other CRM channels. You will help bring lifecycle marketing strategies to life by supporting campaign planning, building, launching, and optimizing customer communications, while working cross‑functionally with Marketing, Product, Creative, Analytics, and Compliance teams to deliver campaigns accurately, on time, and aligned with business objectives.
What You’ll Do
- Execute customer marketing campaigns across email, SMS, push notifications, in‑app messaging, and other CRM channels.
- Support the development of campaign briefs by defining objectives, target audiences, messaging, offers, timelines, and channel requirements.
- Write, edit, and optimize customer‑facing marketing copy across multiple CRM channels.
