SUMMARY: The CRM Specialist plans and coordinates the implementation of CRM campaigns. Working alongside the eCommerce and Media Plan teams, they develop and activate a promotional campaign calendar focused on increasing consumer moments of consumption and branding, with the goal of representing 50% of eCommerce D2C Sales.

- Responsible for developing and operating a CRM strategic framework aligned with different audience types, consumer behavior, and moments of consumption. They propose improvements and optimizations to creativity, segments, and communication channels based on results analysis.
- Develop, maintain, and implement a creative calendar and segmentation matrices for different consumer types, including A/B testing.
