Position: CRM / Sales Coordinator / Backend Coordinator / Process Coordinator (After Sales)

Eligibility
Graduate (Any Stream)
Excellent communication skills
Good command of English (Written & Verbal)
Strong knowledge of MS Excel
Good computer skills and data management abilities
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate backend and after-sales processes.
Manage stock inventory and order processing.
Collect and compile information from different departments.
Prepare and submit reports to management.
Feed and maintain data in the company software.
Process customer schedules and track pending orders.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely execution of orders.
Maintain proper documentation and MIS reports.
