Reliant Housing Group is looking for an experienced and well-organized CRM Operations Executive to manage customer records and support all post-booking formalities from booking till handover.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle after-booking customer formalities and documentation
- Maintain complete customer records, booking files, payment details, and CRM data
- Coordinate agreements, allotment letters, demand letters, possession and handover process
- Follow up with customers for documents, payments, and pending formalities
- Coordinate with sales, accounts, technical, legal, and operations teams
