CRM Monetization Lead — Remote, Flexible Hours

BairesDev is seeking a CRM Manager to own monetization analytics across the CRM funnel, including reactivations, lifetime initiatives, and new leads. You will work with Claude and SQL/Databricks to measure campaign impact, revenue value, and contract outcomes, shaping data-driven decisions for growth.

You’ll build dashboards and reports, leverage AI automation, and collaborate with senior leaders to optimize monetization across the CRM function on a global, remote team.
