Job Description
Senior Manager – CRM & Customer Lifecycle | D2C brand (Hyderabad)
- Lead the end-to-end CRM and customer lifecycle strategy across onboarding, engagement, retention, loyalty, subscriptions, and reactivation for Vedix & SkinKraft.
- Drive Customer Lifetime Value (CLTV), repeat purchases, customer retention, subscription renewals, CRM-attributed revenue, and campaign ROI through data-driven lifecycle marketing.
- Build and optimize personalized omnichannel campaigns across Email, SMS, WhatsApp, Push Notifications, In-App Messaging, and Web using CleverTap, WebEngage, Braze, MoEngage, or similar CRM platforms.
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Analytics, Growth, and CX teams while leading the CRM team and managing Martech platforms.
