Senior Manager CRM & Customer Lifecycle | D2C brand (Hyderabad) Lead the end-to-end CRM and customer lifecycle strategy across onboarding, engagement, retention, loyalty, subscriptions, and reactivation for Vedix & SkinKraft. Drive Customer Lifetime Value (CLTV), repeat purchases, customer retention, subscription renewals, CRM-attributed revenue, and campaign ROI through data-driven lifecycle marketing. Build and optimize personalized omnichannel campaigns across Email, SMS, WhatsApp, Push Notifications, In-App Messaging, and Web using CleverTap, WebEngage, Braze, MoEngage, or similar CRM platforms. Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Analytics, Growth, and CX teams while leading the CRM team and managing Martech platforms.
