Regular check on system behavior, reporting bugs, interaction with ERP system (SAP) Regular check on data quality, data cleansing and corrections to maximize the marketing data usage Leads management. Reporting – prepare CRM reports Continuous self-education Be responsible for C4C user trainings, coaching and support. Work closely with BLM and sales teams on C4C needs Manage communication internally on new functionalities, train on any new C4C implementation or functions Proactive communication with the CRM global team and other CRM leads worldwide Support testing of C4C new releases and upgrades To succeed, you will need
