Roles and Responsibilities:
- Engage in consumer remarketing and telephone sales efforts.
- Organize and address consumer questions across various platforms, including Amazon and Meta.
- Run WhatsApp marketing campaigns and follow up with customers.
- Examine client information and keep up with the CRM database.
- Communicate with customers in multiple languages through chat, email, and phone calls.
- Able to communicate effectively the analytical mindset strategy that puts the needs of the client first
