FLOQ is looking for a CRM Automation & Lifecycle Intelligence Manager to own, build, and scale our CRM automation engine across the full user lifecycle. This is a technical, data-driven, and performance-focused role designed for someone who can turn user behaviour, product events, and trading activity into automated CRM journeys that improve activation, retention, reactivation, and trading frequency.
The ideal candidate is not only a campaign executor. They are a lifecycle systems builder who can design event-triggered journeys, build advanced segments, work with product and data teams, analyse funnel performance, and continuously optimise CRM impact.
