Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Provide day-to-day support to CRM users across regional markets, including handling user queries, issues, and service requests.
  • Troubleshoot CRM-related problems and coordinate with vendors or internal technology teams for timely resolution.
  • Manage CRM user access, roles, permissions, onboarding, and offboarding in line with company policies.
  • Maintain CRM configurations, master data, system settings, and perform routine system checks to ensure smooth operations.
  • Gather user feedback and enhancement requests, and work with stakeholders to improve CRM processes and system usability.
  • Support system testing activities, including preparing test cases, conducting SIT/UAT, and validating changes before deployment.
  • Prepare user guides, training materials, and conduct CRM training sessions for new and existing users.
