The primary responsibilities of the position are directing the teams to comply with the Federal Aviation Regulations (FARs) and meeting on-time performance and efficiency goals, while adhering to the Piedmont Airlines Collective Bargaining Agreement (CBA). The Crew Planning Supervisor will lead the on-boarding of new software and a new aircraft.
